(18 MAY 17) Greek Peak Mountain Resort is at it again with an expanded downhill and cross country mountain bike trail system. With lift access utilizing the resort's Visions Express Quad Chairlift to bring guests and their bikes to the top of the trail and then bikers ride down the designated trail system. This season, Greek Peak added six new trails, going from 10 to 16 trails.
The trails have been designed for all ages and skill levels, from easiest (green trails) to double black diamond (most difficult). The mountain operations team has worked hard through spring to provide more thrills with new features and bigger jumps.
Greek Peak Mountain Resort continues their partnership with Advance Cyclery in Syracuse, bringing more to the overall experience this year with expanded hours of operations, lesson times and added rental fleet and retail. The Advance Cyclery Base Camp is located at the base of the mountain, east of Visions Express Quad Chairlift.
Season Opening Party for Greek Peak Bike Park will be May 27, 2017 from 10am-5pm. Bike Park lift tickets are $35 per day. There will be music, vendors and demos Opening Day. Scenic chair lift rides are also available for $10. Trax Pub & Grill will be open from 12pm-10pm.
