Important Updates:

- The 1932 Jack Shea Arena has officially re-opened! We had a great opening weekend with Public Skating on Friday and Saturday. We also welcomed back the annual Miracle Holiday Classic Mite Jamboree! It was a great success, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! This week in the 1932 Jack Shea Arena we have two public skating sessions! Friday and Saturday from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm! Tickets can now be purchased online at the following link:

We look forward to welcoming all your guests back to this historic Arena! 

- Mt. Van Hoevenberg welcomes the IBSF North American Cup back to Lake Placid. We are excited to welcome the public to enjoy the race days! Races start at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday races, which includes 4-man Bobsled, start at 9:00 am. Tickets for race days can be purchased at the following link:

- The Olympic Jumping Complex will only have the elevator available this week due to snowmaking on the landing hills. The elevator will be open Monday, then Thursday - Sunday. Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday! 

- We are gearing up for Olympic Trials which happen on December 24th and December 25th!  The best Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping athletes will be in Lake Placid competing for a spot on the Olympic Team, which will head to Beijing for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games! Tickets can be purchased at the following link:


- Whiteface is now open daily for skiing and riding! Hours are 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. We will be opening more terrain as the week goes on!

- The Nordic Center at Mt. Van Hoevenberg is now also open for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing! Trails open at 8:30 am and close at 4:00 pm. 

- The Exhibit Gallery presented by The Lake Placid Olympic Museum is open on the 2nd Floor of the Conference Center. The Exhibit Gallery is called "Totally 80" and features 80 Objects from The Lake Placid Olympic Museum Collection. The Exhibit Gallery will be open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
