The area ski resorts participating in the 2016-2017 season (subject to change without notice) reserve the right to withdraw from the program at any time.

The Passport is valid at all participating resorts from 12/1/16 to 5/1/17 or if the area you wish to go is closed, whichever comes first, except for some areas during the following blackout dates:

The Passport is not to be honored on blackout dates if specified in the participating ski area list. See listing for areas with blackout dates.

The Passport may be used to obtain no more than three (3) complimentary one-day child lift tickets at each participating resort with an adult ticket purchase between 12/1/16 - 5/1/17,or if the area you wish to go is closed, whichever comes first. The Learn To Ski/Snowboard Package Passport may be used to obtain one (1) Free Beginner Lesson, Rental and Beginner Lift Ticket Package for skiing or snowboarding for the 3rd or 4th Grader without an adult purchase.

The Passport or use of the Passport or of lift tickets obtained with the Passport may not be transferred or resold to any other person, including family members or relatives. It is a violation of New York law to resell lift tickets. SANY or any area in the program will immediately revoke a Passport if the holder transfers use of the Passport or of any lift ticket obtained with the Passport to another person, for monetary consideration or otherwise.

The Passport may be presented by the 3rd or 4th Grade holder to obtain a complimentary one-day lift ticket only when accompanied by a paying adult (as determined by member resort). A maximum of two 3rd or 4th Grade Passport holders per paying adult may obtain a complimentary one-day lift ticket using the Passport. The Learn To Ski Passport may be used to obtain one Beginner Learn to Ski or Snowboard package for free.

SANY or any ski area will revoke and cancel a Passport without notice for any misuses. Passport holders and their parent or legal guardian are responsible for proper use of the Passport at all times. In the event of Passport misuses and cancellation, SANY is not responsible for expenses incurred or opportunities foregone by Passport holders if SANY modifies or cancels the Passport program.

If a Passport is lost or stolen, notify SANY immediately. Participating resort lift ticket offices will not assist with lost or stolen Passports. SANY reserves the right to make case determinations concerning replacement of lost or stolen Passports. In no event will a lost or stolen Passport be replaced without collecting a $35 processing fee.
