The SKI NY 2025-26 Passport Program has concluded accepting applications for the season. The passports issued already are good for the remainder of the season!
Applications for the 2026-27 season will be accepted starting October of 2026.

Belleayre Mountain - Highmount - 845-254-5600 - Accepted anytime including holiday periods. No reservations needed – but parent must have a ticket to the mountain that is valid. Either purchased on our e-commerce site or they have a Belleayre season pass.
Big Snow American Dream - E. Rutherford NJ - 973-864-6600 - Valid midweek, non-holiday. Not valid on weekends. Holiday periods include Dec 24-Jan 1, Jan 17-19, & Feb 13-17. Big SNOW limits daily ticket sales. To redeem the Passport please reach out to the Big SNOW guest services team via chat or info@bigsnowad.com. You will need your passport number (16-digit number found on the passport e-card you received in email) and proof of qualifying adult ticket purchase. 48 hours advance notice is requested as arrival sessions can sell out. Walk-up redemption is not permitted.
Bristol Mountain - Canandaigua - 585-374-6000 - Accepted anytime including holiday periods. Requires a re-loadable Bristol Mountain RFID Card. If guest doesn’t have a Bristol Mountain RFID card, one may be purchased for $5 at time of redemption. Card may then be re-loaded in the future.

How To Use Your Passport

What is an Eligible Adult Ticket Purchase for Redemption?
An eligible adult ticket purchase is either at the ski area ticket window or online at the ski area website. Third party tickets (discounted or free) are not eligible.

Can I redeem a passport coupon with a free ticket or pass or via PSIA/NSP passes?
No - a lift ticket must be purchased directly from the ski area at the window or on the ski area website. No third party ticket or free passes are allowed. Also discounted tickets that are not purchased directly from the ski area be it online or at the window are not allowed.

After I receive my passport, how do I use it?
Present the Passport card or temporary pass at the ticket window. Some ski areas may have a designated area for redemption.

I have 3 children in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Can they each participate?
Yes. All kids can participate but only 2 passport holders can redeem lift tickets per paying adult. So, if three children are participating in the Kids Ski or Ride Free program, 2 adults would need to be present and purchase lift tickets.

Do I have to upload the whole report card?
No. Any portion of the report card is fine as long as it includes the child’s name, school year and grade on it.

Do I need to send in a picture?
Yes you will need to upload a recent or current picture of your child. This will be put on the "Digital Passport Card".

Whom do I make the check out to if I am mailing an application?
To SANY, the sponsor and administrator of the program.

How is the passport sent?
The passport card is sent to your email that you registered your child with and available in your profile once processed and approved. It is a "digital card" this season.

How Do I Get The Passport Once I Apply?
The passport "digital card" is emailed to you once approved and is accessible via the Parent profile. It's a PDF that you can print and show at the ski area or show on your phone.
