Line Cook

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job description:

Kissing Bridge is looking for skilled, reliable line cooks to join our growing Food & Beverage

team. This role supports both our quick-service cafeteria and our sit-down restaurants and bars,

helping us deliver great food and a great guest experience across the resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items for cafeteria service and full-service dining, following KB recipes,
  • portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station before, during, and after
  • service.
  • Assist with prepping ingredients, batch cooking, frying, grilling, sautéing, and finishing dishes as
  • needed.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed during high-volume periods.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen manager and team to coordinate timing and ticket flow.
  • Support special events, après-ski service, and weekend/holiday crowds.
  • Help with daily cleaning, dish rotation, equipment care, and closing duties.
  • Perform other back-of-house tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred (quick-service, banquet, or sit-down).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Weekend and holiday availability required—this is when the mountain comes alive.

Diesel Mechanic

Pay: Minimum $18.00/hour, competitive pay based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Job description:

This position involves maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy machinery, including snow

groomers, tractors, trucks, and other equipment essential to our resort operations.

Responsibilities:

Skills required, but not limited to:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on snow groomers, tractors, trucks, and other
  • heavy machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment meets operational and safety
  • standards.
  • Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure equipment is ready for daily use.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures during maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools.
  • Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
