It’s happening again, another powder day at Hunter Mountain! We’ve received over 8 inches of new snow from the latest storm, and thanks to our team, we now have 296 skiable acres open, the most in the Catskills. With the fresh snow, we’ve been able to open even more terrain, including Westway, the legendary double black diamond on Hunter West, along with Annapurna and Clair’s Way.
We are now 100% open with 319 skiable acres across 70 trails. From Hunter East, Main, North, and West, the entire mountain is open for skiers and riders to enjoy. It has been such a great season here in the Catskills. Natural snow and cold temps have allowed for early, consistent snowmaking, putting us in a great position to open terrain that hasn’t been open in years.
