Beat The Heat!
Bring your bike and beat the heat this week. Find some sweet shade on trails fit for any age or level. If biking is not your thing a hike is just as good. Enjoy time outside with friends and family while gazing at some of the most spectacular views in the Adirondacks. If you come to the mountain this weekend remember to bring plenty of water and stay hydrated. Temps are still up there and are predicted to go down next week.
Music on the Point is a great way to spend your Wednesday evening, look out over Lake Pleasant and enjoy some great music and maybe take a picnic. Join us tonight at 6:30 p.m. for The Insolent Willies and on August 20th, the Willie Playmore Band. These concerts are free community events for all to enjoy, please come and join us!
The Acorn Pub and Eatery will be closed this Friday and Saturday for private events. See below for a complete schedule or click on the calendar. We have changed up our summer menu to be the same all three nights. We will continue to have daily specials so please stop by and see what delicious dish Chef Justin is cooking up.

Music On the Point
Join us at beautiful Osborne Point in Speculator for the Music on the Point Summer Concert Series – a celebration of community, music, and summer nights! This free concert series is our way of saying thank you for the incredible support we've received over the years. Bring a chair or blanket, gather with friends and neighbors, and enjoy live music in a stunning Adirondack setting. There’s no charge – just good vibes, great tunes, and gratitude. Tonight we welcome the Insolent Willies, an upstate NY roots-rock band playing originals and weird/fun covers! On August 20 come hear the Willy Playmore Band playing "music you can dance to!" We can’t wait to see you there!
Sunday Funday
Join us for Sunday Funday at Oak Mountain, where good vibes and mountain views come together! The Acorn Pub & Eatery will be firing up the BBQ and pouring your favorite beer, wine, and cocktails, so bring your appetite and your crew. Enjoy a day of hiking, mountain biking, and some friendly competition with corn hole on the lawn. We’ll keep the energy high with live music, making it the perfect way to wrap up the weekend. Whether you’re here for the trails, the tunes, or just to kick back with a drink in hand, Sunday Funday has something for everyone.
Save the Date!
Mark your calendars for one of our favorite fall events, Oaktoberfest! There's fun for the Whole Family! We will celebrate with live Music w/ The Altered Tones 12-2 and The Insolent Willies 2:30-4:30, Campstore with Kettle Corn, Lemonade and Cotton Candy, Scenic Lift Rides $10 (cash only), Summit Hot Dog & Chili and all the proceeds go to Oak Mountain Ski Patrol! It is an event not to be missed. There will also be a beer and wine sampling, as well as vendors and a craft market. See you there!

Imagine exchanging your vows at the top of a magnificent mountain. We offer elegance above the rest with panoramic views overlooking a beautiful valley. In the distance, the Adirondack Mountains lend a breathtaking backdrop for the wedding of your dreams. We have two dates in October that have suddenly come available, October 10 & 11. We could be the spot for your magical day!
Season Pass
What’s better than a day at Oak Mountain? A whole season! Our season pass programs are a great way for families, friends, groups, and deal seekers to enjoy all that we have to offer. Especially, with the added benefits, savings and convenience memberships offer. We will be limiting them again this year to keep a consistent capcity, so get your's now! Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Bike Park
Help us expand our bike park! We are super excited about our partnership with Camp of the Woods, and together we're planning the addition of two new trails designed to expand access, improve rider experience, and allow for more flexible use of the mountain during wedding events.
